Quality – Based Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a 100% black owned entity, was founded in 2012 by a black Mechanical Engineer, Siboniso Sithole. The company was established in Umlazi Township, eThekwini. Maintenance and Project Management, together with Human Capital, Skills Development, Industrial & Public Operations, Quality Control, Delivery, Post Project Op- timization and finally, the results driven approach, form the key functional divisions of the company.

This training was obtained through skills development program offered by Transnet Ports Authority in October 2013. Create a system of integrated learning through the use of skills programmes.
